Becoming a “Forever Home” for a Dane in need is a truly rewarding experience. Many rescues need loving, special care and are often adult and senior Danes. The adoption of one of our Great Danes begins with you filling out an application. A rescue representative will then review the application, check references and set up a convenient time for a home visit. We encourage all applicants to do their research on the Great Dane. Ask questions and make arrangements to meet a Great Dane if you have never done so. This will give you an idea of what living with Scooby Doo is really like as well as a true idea of their size, health concerns, food and exercise requirements and temperaments! The fee for adoption is $300.00. This fee may be subject to change without notice. This fee helps alleviate veterinarian costs such as prescriptions, spay or neuter or other necessary medical treatments.
